Carpal Tunnel Exercises

I decided to write an article about carpal tunnel syndrome and subsequent treatment of this condition because I myself began to develop it years ago, and after doing a bit of research on it was able to rid myself of the pain I felt. Also, I had some colleagues that developed similar wrist and hand pain, which most likely was carpal tunnel syndrome as well and I was able to give them some helpful information and exercises which worked for me to help relieve the pain. Being that I blog online and write articles as well I realized I could help more people by sharing the information that I have.

The sad part though was that some of the people that I knew that developed carpal tunnel syndrome had done so to a much greater degree than I had. I was able to ‘nip it in the bud’ so to speak as my hand and wrist pain was intermittent and since I worked in an office and typed a lot it hit me that I might be developing carpal tunnel since I heard this was a common complaint. Apparently, like most other medical conditions, the earlier you can begin to treat carpal tunnel the quicker the results and healing will be.

So even if you are in advanced stage of pain with carpal tunnel syndrome, I do not mean to alarm you, I am just saying it will most likely take longer to heal yourself than someone who is just starting to feel the symptoms that come with this condition. Strangely enough the medical community is still in the dark about what exactly causes carpal tunnel syndrome, and there is a lot of debate over the exact cause. This fact itself causes people who have carpal tunnel syndrome to have a difficult time getting a proper diagnosis.

Various theories on the actual cause of this debilitating condition range from trauma, genetics, hypothyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis to repetitive motion at work. So although there is no exact agreed upon cause, what you should do first if you think you may have it is know what it is and what are the symptoms. The medical community defines carpal tunnel syndrome as the impairment of motor and/or sensory function of the median nerve as it traverses through the carpal tunnel. Some of the common symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome include:

• Hand and wrist pain resulting as an effect of repetitive movements.
• Tingling, burning sensations in your hands or even the feeling of numbness.
• Weak hand strength, the result of which can be dropping objects often.
• Waking up at night with your hands curled up and stiff.
• Clumsiness and difficulty relating to picking up simple objects and doing simple tasks.

As I stated earlier, I began experiencing some of the common symptoms attributed to carpal tunnel syndrome, most of which was the tingling, burning and numb sensations in my hands, especially in my right hand. This alarmed me to say the least so I looked into it to see what it could be and what I could do about it. I decided that getting cortisone injections or taking anti-inflammatories (which some doctors recommend) was out of the question. I eventually discovered some great carpal tunnel exercises over time which helped me dramatically.

One useful exercise for carpal tunnel is taking a sheet of newspaper flat in your hand and gradually crumbling it up into a small ball as tight as you can and squeezing it hard for about 5 second and then releasing opening your hand up wide. Perform this exercise over and over again for both hands. You can do reps of 8-12.

I also found that stretching the tendons and muscles in your hands and wrists can have a powerful preventative and healing effect as well. There are various stretching exercises you can do, one thing to keep in mind is that holding various stretches for extended periods of time while breathing deeply increases effectiveness of the exercise. This goes for both assisted hand/arm exercises and isometric carpal tunnel exercises.

One great exercise for carpal tunnel is holding your arms out straight in front of you (elbows almost locked) with your palms facing outwards/away from you, fingers splayed as much as possible. Breathe deeply while holding this position. You can repeat this position with arms out to the sides (palms facing away), above you (palms facing the sky), and finally down (palms facing the ground). You can do this standing or sitting moving smoothly from one posture to the next while breathing deeply. After a while holding these postures you should feel the energy in your hands and possibly heat even moving to your palms.

Another effective stretching exercise for carpal tunnel is placing one of hand against a wall with fingers facing the ground and then grabbing your thumb to stretch it out even further with your other hand. You can hold this stretch for 15 to 30 seconds, gradually building up. Follow this stretch with this one: bring all of your fingers to a point (like a bird’s beak) with your arm outstretched and hold this hand posture. You can even grab your hand in beak position with your other hand and press inward to increase the pressure. After doing this with both hands shake them out for a few seconds.

You should always stretch out both arms and hands even though only one side may be giving you problems. One last exercise for carpal tunnel which I will mention here that helped me a lot and I enjoy doing because it’s actually fun and very therapeutic is moving Chinese health balls (also known as baoding balls, therapy balls or exercise balls) clockwise and counter clockwise in your hand. I recommend the solid chrome steel balls as they give your hands and forearms more of a workout and a faster healing effect.

These Chinese health balls are said to stimulate the energy (or chi) your hands and body, and so the positive effect they have as a carpal tunnel exercise is pretty dramatic. It takes some practice to do well, but as I said it’s fun and you can practice anywhere you go. I used to bring them to work with me, and still do on occasion when I am going to a friend’s house or wherever. They are not very expensive and you will use them for the rest of your life. You will feel the difference in your hands and forearms after you play with them for a few minutes. One last tip is to do these exercises/stretches everyday consistently and you will notice positive changes with your carpal tunnel condition. If you have an advanced condition and have a lot of hand and wrist pain I highly recommend this step by step system to eliminate your pain for good.

Organic Skin Care

“If it can be done naturally, why go for artificial means” – this is the basic premise on which ‘organic skin care’ works. Organic skin care is the most natural way of ‘skin care’. In fact, ‘organic skin care’ was probably the first one to be used by man when it first woke-up to the needs of his skin. ‘Organic skin care’ is not only friendlier to skin, but also inexpensive. If exercised in the right way, organic skin care can prevent the occurrence of a lot of skin disorders and can help keep your skin healthy and young-looking for a much longer time.

Organic fruits and vegetables are the most popular things on organic skin care routines e.g. cucumber is very common in organic skin care routines. Turmeric, apple, papaya, ginger are others that find a wide use in organic skin care routines. These organic materials have a very refreshing and vitalizing effect on your skin. Almost every skin care book/guide has section on organic skin care (including the actions of various fruits and vegetables on skin).

So choose the ones that are more suitable for your skin type and start experimenting with them until you finally select the ones that are most suitable for inclusion in your organic skin care routine. It’s important that you use fresh organic fruits/vegetables. Don’t try to utilise the rotten ones for your skin, their only place is the garbage bin.

Milk is known to posses good cleansing properties; in fact, the name of some skin care products contains the word ‘milk’ in them. A combination of milk with ground oatmeal acts as wonderful cleanser.

Ground oatmeal is especially good for oily skins and is a popular ingredient in organic skin care regimen. It is used in various combinations e.g. with egg, honey, milk and fruits, for preparation of organic facial packs.

Wheat germ is another ingredient in organic skin care procedures. It is rich in vitamin E and is known for its exfoliation as well as moisturising properties. Wheat germ, in various combinations with other organic materials, is used to prepare facial masks for normal and dry skin types. Wheat germ oil is another way in which wheat germ is used for organic skin care.

Yogurt and sour cream are other organic materials that are popular for their exfoliation and moisturising properties.

Use of organic honey is also popular in organic skin care procedures. It helps in retention of moisture and helps impart a glowing look to skin.

Rose water takes its place as a toner in organic skin care routines. Lavender water is popular too.

‘Organic skin care’ uses combinations of various organic materials that complement each other and enhance each other’s effectiveness. Moreover, these combinations are also helpful in over-riding the harmful effects (if any) of various organic materials that form them.

Organic skin care is really an art that, once perfected, can give wonderful results in a very cost effective manner.

Top Ten Skin Care Tips

Healthy skin is really one of the most important ingredients for beauty-enhancement. This article on skin care tips is an effort to bring the 10 best skin care tips to you.  The list of skin care tips has been restricted to 10 because anything more that that would not only be difficult to remember, but also shadow the more important skin care tips. So let’s see what these top ten skin care tips are:

1.  Knowing your skin type is one of the most important skin care tip. This is important because not every skin care product suits everyone. In fact, all the skin care products specify the type of skin they cater too.

2.  ‘Drink a lot of water’. This will not keep your skin moist but will help in overall upkeep of your health (and in turn your skin). It might seem a bit awkward to some, however, this is an important skin care tip.

3.   Cleanse your skin regularly (1-2 times everyday).  A very effective skin care tip that helps in getting rid of the dirt and other harsh elements from your skin. Cleansing is especially important when you have been out of your house (and hence exposed to pollutants, dust etc). This skin care tip also advocates the use of Luke warm water for cleansing (hot and cold water, both, cause damage to your skin)

4.   Be gentle, after all it’s your skin. Don’t scrub/exfoliate too hard or too often. Similarly, don’t apply too much or too many skin care products. A must-to-follow skin care tip.

5.  Keep your skin moist at all times. This is one of the most important skin care tip.  Don’t let your skin get dry. Dryness causes the outer layer of your skin to break, leading to a rough and unattractive appearance. Use moisturisers/ emollients. Moisturisers work best when applied while the skin is still damp.

6.  Avoid the use of soap on your face. Soap should only be used from below the neck. A small but important skin care tip.

7.  Use sunscreen to protect yourself from sun’s harmful UV radiations. You can use day-time moisturisers that have sunscreen built into them. Use them even when it’s cloudy. UV radiations are known to cause skin cancer, so follow this skin care tip without fail.

8.  A bit of exercise and good sleep are essential too, not just for skin care but for your health as a whole. Lack of sleep can lead to formation of wrinkles below your eyes and lack of exercise can cause your skin to slack. Moreover, exercise and sleep also help in beating stress.  So besides being a skin care tip, this is also a health care tip.

9.  Treat skin dilemmas with care.  This skin care tip is about not ignoring any skin dilemmas. Consult your dermatologist before you go on to use a skin care product (lest you do end up harming your skin even more).

10. Beat the stress. The harmful effects of stress are known to everyone, however, sometimes stating the obvious is essential too (and hence this skin care tip found its place here). Yes, stress harms skin too. So, take a break or indulge in a warm bubble bath or just get good sleep.

Taking Responsibility For Your Health

When I speak with people on the topic of health the subject of ‘responsibility’ inevitably comes up. So I put some thought into why this might be, and a key point kept coming to mind. First, I noticed that most people that do not accept responsibility for their own health usually if not always are blaming others and things outside of themselves for their ill bodily conditions.

Saying for example, ‘oh I always get sick this time of year, or that person made me sick’ etc. What I am saying is if you can change your lifestyle gradually to a healthier one as well as having a healthier mindset, you don’t have to get sick every year if you really do not want to. Most of us program ourselves to get sick and we don’t even realize we are doing it.

We see a person sneezing and coughing, our first thought is ‘uh oh, I hope I don’t catch what he has’, or we see ads on television that the flu season is upon us and we think, ‘well I’ll probably catch the flu this year sooner or later’. So in addition to acting healthier – exercising, eating healthier – eliminating junk food and fast food, we can be thinking healthier, and a good place to start is taking responsibility for our health, whether we are sick or feeling great.

When was the last time you felt great and you said to yourself something along the lines of ‘gee I feel so good because of me, because of who I am and what I do.’ Well if you do say things like this to yourself then congratulations because most people do not give themselves enough credit for feeling good and doing their best to lead a healthier lifestyle. So what I am saying in effect is that it works both ways, you can create your own health circumstances in life or you can act as a victim and be a slave to them.

Once we begin to actively and consciously take credit for the good, as well as the bad health circumstances we encounter in our lives, we will begin to notice that it’s up to us to how well we would like to feel and not so much on the outside world we thought that controls us. A great question to ask yourself everyday is: how did I bring this into my life? You correct examine your thought processes, correct your thinking and move on.

This is much more powerful than you may think, but of course prove it to yourself. We can consciously choose to enhance our well-being and health through adding a healthy exercise regimen to our daily routine for example. This will give both your body and mind a boost and you can easily thank yourself and praise yourself from the high, glowing feeling you get after a great workout, whether it be with weights, calisthenics, yoga, pilates, martial arts, etc., you get my point.

Doing healthier activities compound over time and become cumulative. In the case that you do get sick even though you are taking supplements to enhance your immune system, exercising regularly and eating healthy… don’t beat yourself up. Accept that you allowed yourself to be sick and no else. Then make up your mind to get healthier and become better faster than ever before. Don’t get negative, and you will see that overtime you will stay healthier for longer and longer periods until you do not get sick anymore.

Yes it is possible to be healthy all year around, you just need to accept that it is possible. I personally do not remember the last time I got sick or went to see a doctor for that matter. By accepting responsibility for my health and everything that happens to me in my life, I am able to stay healthy and feel great. Of course my daily activities, internal exercises, food and vitamin/supplement intake and mindset have everything to do with this.

Colon Cleansing and Fasting: Is It Safe?

March 23, 2009 by
Filed under Colon Health & Detox

So you are looking to do a colon cleanse, good for you. But did you know that there are ways to improve the strength of your cleanse? Since you are reading this you have probably heard or read that you can. One powerful way to strengthen your colon cleanse and flush out that very old accumulated waste that’s been seething in your colon is by combining fasting with your colon cleanse.

Most likely you are taking an herbal supplement to do your colon cleanse. Hopefully you have chosen an effective colon cleansing product made by a reputable company. If you have, the colon cleansing product you have purchased should come with detailed instructions as to what foods are optimal to consume during your cleanse if you are going that route.

Diet is super important to having a better colon cleanse. So let’s talk about what foods are recommended to eat during your colon cleanse first. Raw fruits and vegetables are ideal to consume while doing a colon cleanse because they are super high energy, natural foods that are easily digested by the body. They also help and assist the herbs you are taking to flush out the toxins and waste out of your system.

The corollary to this is avoiding heavier foods like meats, dairy, fried foods and processed foods while cleansing. You also want to avoid any kind of artificial ingredients like candy, as well as common table salt. Basically you want to avoid anything that does not have intrinsic nutritional value. The reasoning behind this is that all of the above are difficult for the body to digest and process. This will obviously have a detrimental effect to having a successful colon cleanse.

Okay so going beyond eating a proper diet during your colon cleanse, you can go a step further and do a liquids only fast. There are people who say that fasting is dangerous and not good for you. Most people who say this have never done a fast in their lives and therefore have not experienced the benefits first hand. Personal experience is key to being able to give informed advice.

I only speak from personal experience myself and therefore endorse the opposite view. That view is that fasting once in a while is healthy for you because it gives your digestive system a break, especially if you are not the healthiest eater. Doing a raw juice fast with a colon cleanse is one of the best things I have done for myself. Harming yourself through food deprivation and doing a controlled fast for enhancing one’s health are world’s apart so comparing the two makes no sense.

Combining fasting while doing a colon cleanse is an even more powerful combination. It allows your digestive system / colon to flush out the old toxic waste even more because it is not working to digest and break down foods that you just ate. Doing a liquids only fast combined with colon cleansing herbs will give you a much deeper, stronger cleanse because of the extra energy provided from less digestion.

It is recommended that you drink fresh, raw organic juices only. Fresh, organic juices are packed with high nutritional value that give you energy and are much easier for your body to digest. A juicer will be needed to accomplish this, so hopefully you have one. If you don’t you should invest in one as drinking fresh organic juices regularly will do wonders for your health generally speaking. Mixing juices like carrot, apple, cucumber, celery and beets for example work great together.

Juice fasting while doing your colon cleanse does take more discipline than just eating whatever you want while popping your colon cleansing supplement. But if you go this route you will see a dramatic difference in the results you get in what you flush out of your body and how it affects your health. You will get hunger pangs throughout your cleanse no doubt but your body will thank you for giving it the break and internal cleanse it so deserves.

Also I guarantee you will be so surprised by how awesome you feel, the surges of energy you will get, related health benefits and of course what comes out of you (that parts a bit gross). Give yourself some credit because you deserve it. Being able to stick to a juice fast only during your cleansing program takes some self-discipline. Greater results come from greater effort and you will feel not only physically empowered but mentally as well for taking the high road to greater health in your life.

What to Expect When Doing a Colon Cleanse

March 7, 2009 by
Filed under Colon Health & Detox

Knowing what to expect when doing a colon cleanse is vital so that you can prepare yourself as much as possible before you actually go ahead and do your colon cleanse. For the most part doing a colon cleanse will not be the most pleasant experience and you will have to have some self-discipline as well. The good part about this is that it is well worth it and if you do it right you will reap the benefits.

Okay so what should you expect? Well before I get into that, I am assuming that you are using or will be using a colon cleansing product that uses only all-natural ingredients, and not one that uses harsh artificial ingredients and chemicals. Please note that just because a product claims that it uses ‘all-natural’ or ‘natural’ ingredients, this may not exactly be the case. Make sure to check the product label for ingredients and that the product does indeed use all-natural ingredients. It would be even better if the colon cleansing product ingredients are organic if possible.

Most common side effects associated with doing a colon cleanse are occasional discomforts that stem from cleansing reactions. Now each person is different and some people will feel more energetic during their cleanse than others. Some people will not feel their energy levels change until after the cleanse is over. Alternating between feeling great, good and not so good is common as well. It is important to understand that the body is releasing toxins, which is after all the goal of the colon cleanse and what cleansing reactions actually stem from.

Sometimes these cleansing reactions may manifest as temporary gas and stomach bloating. Also passing strange or odd looking stools is common as the body is ridding itself of plaque, parasites and possibly tapeworms. I like to say is that it will get bad before it gets better. A good analogy is cleaning out your bathroom sink pipe which you have not done in years. There is going to be a lot nasty, grimy gook you will encounter. Eventually though, it will be nice and clean and the water will once again flow through and drain quickly.

So in the end you need to trust the colon cleansing program you are on and trust your own body’s wisdom. You will see that your colon and your body as a whole is an amazing organism that really does go through a lot to rid itself of toxins and pollutants. Sometimes though, it needs a little help from us in the form of a temporary diet change, an infusion of special herbs and possibly even fasting to get back on track.

So don’t be too hard on yourself and understand that just as we need to stay on top of keeping our outsides nice and clean (most of us shower at least once a day), we need to do so also for our insides. Reaching optimal health is what our body is striving for and the reactions you will go through when doing a colon cleanse are only temporary. So have patience and eventually you will have greater health, energy and vitality from doing a proper colon cleanse and detoxification.

Antioxidants for Better Skin

March 1, 2009 by

Antioxidants are important to keep your skin in the best condition possible. A sufficient supply of antioxidants will help to moisturize your skin and stop it from becoming dry and flaky. Antioxidants will also help to repair damaged skin and prevent damage to skin cells that are caused by free radicals.

Free radicals are molecules that cause damage to the cells by the depleting them from getting a sufficient supply of oxygen. The production of free radicals is stimulated by many different sources including cigarette smoke, alcohol, UV light, pollution and so on.

The collagen that helps us maintain the youthful appearance gets broken down as these free radicals damage the skin cells. The vitamins A, C and E, and beta-carotene are the most powerful antioxidants and these are regularly added to quality body care products and in particular moisturizers to help improve the condition of the skin.

The best antioxidants however are those that you get through maintaining a good diet. Your nutrition has a lot more affect on the condition of your skin due to the necessity of antioxidants to counter the free radicals that are constantly damaging the skin cells.

Antioxidants stimulate the production of collagen and this helps prevent wrinkles. Antioxidants also help to protect the skin against sun damage so getting a good supply of antioxidants in your diet will reduce the chance of you getting sunburned but it is certainly not a reason to refrain from using a good sunscreen to protect your skin.

As manufacturers look to improve the quality of their products by adding antioxidants and other skincare ingredients, Coenzyme-Q10  has proven very popular due to the fact that it is believed it can stimulate the growth of new cells and in doing so create smoother, firmer and more toned skin.

Whether there is any real benefit from having Q10 in these products has yet to be scientifically proven but there are enough people who believe that it works to warrant its inclusion in skin care products.

Do You Really Need to Do a Colon Cleanse?

February 27, 2009 by
Filed under Colon Health & Detox

The question of whether you really need to do a colon cleanse is usually the first one that pops into most peoples minds as they are looking for possible solutions to health problems such as constipation, or other issues dealing with their bowel movements. And quite frankly I am amazed at some of the really bad information I have come across the internet, but there is also a lot of good information. You just have to sift through it all to find out what is really relevant for you.

So the best place(s) to start looking are where your particular health issue manifests. Are you constipated often, have digestive problems, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or just low energy? If so you probably have a toxic colon that is backed up with old fecal matter. This is not the most pleasant subject to talk about but we need to if we want to live healthier and longer. Bad breath also most likely stems from intestinal problems and a toxic colon. Most people don’t have the greatest breath, but I am sure you have met that person whom you had a hard time standing just a few feet distance from.

As I stated above, there is a lot of bad information out there about colon cleansing. Especially now, as colon cleansing, colonics, colon therapy etc., have gotten much more attention in the media, more people everyday are learning about colon cleansing and the options they have. I have read on some forums for example some people saying that colon cleansing and colon cleansing products in general are scams, that our intestines and colons work perfectly fine to cleanse themselves.

Now there is truth to this, our bodies and colon do work just fine on their own to do the job of processing our food and nutrients and dispelling the waste without any need for outside help… if we are healthy and not slowly killing ourselves with artificial ingredients. That’s a big if. If you do have some of those health problems I mentioned earlier you are not healthy and most likely your intestines and colon are not functioning as well as they should.

In today’s modern environment of greater pollution in the air we breathe, toxins and hormones in the food we eat, as well as eating greater amounts of processed foods that hold no nutritional value for us, our intestines and colon have a difficult time dealing with these un-natural and artificial components and digesting them. Hundreds of years ago, heck even decades ago, our living environments and the food we consumed were much cleaner and had higher nutritional content.

But times have changed, new symptoms and diseases have cropped up, (was IBS even around a hundred years ago?) and we have to deal with these symptoms and take care of ourselves. With colon cancer on the rise, and more people having problems with their digestive systems, the old saying goes ‘death begins in the colon’ becomes more apparent and real to those who need relief.

We can begin to heal our problems by eating healthier and getting consistent exercise. Doing a good colon cleanse is also a great way to clean out the old toxic build up out of our colons. Our colons were never designed to deal with all of the artificial pollutants and processed foods we eat in the first place. So if you are thinking you may need a colon cleanse… you probably do. And if you are going to go ahead and do one you mind as well do it right, and find a good colon cleansing product to use, so do your research.

It may not be the easiest and most pleasant thing you do for yourself this year, but it may be the best thing you do for yourself. You might even like it and enjoy the surge of energy and well-being you get when done like I did. Healthy change can only happen for you if you take action. Do a good, thorough colon cleanse and your body will thank you for it.

Your Neck

February 26, 2009 by

Your neck is one of the first places to give away your age. Unfortunately the neck is highly visual so it is quite difficult to cover up the fact that you are aging if the condition of your neck is not up to the same standard as the rest of your body.

It is not quite as easy as it might seem because the neck skin is one of the areas on the body that gets particularly dry due to having fewer oil glands than anywhere else on the body.

In addition to this lack of oil glands we are constantly turning our head and moving it in different directions throughout the day. This constant movement effects of collagen and elastin fibers causing them to lose their tone sooner than other parts of the body.

Obviously we don’t want to stop moving our head around as that will be totally impractical, so what are the alternatives for helping to keep the skin of the neck from sagging and looking old?

Well the first thing you need to do is consider this part of the body as one of the more important parts that need your attention. This will be a major change for many women who neglect the neck skin in favor of spending time on the face or the rest of the body.

The most important thing that you need to do for the skin on your neck is to keep it moisturized on a regular basis and more so than for most of the rest of the body.

Ensure that you always put sufficient sunscreen on your neck right up to your jaw line. Make sure that you always put sufficient moisturizing cream on your neck when you’re doing your face and also when you’re doing your body as this particularly dry area can always do with more moisturizer.

Used upward strokes when applying cream to your neck and try not to look down when you’re reading or working because this will encourage a double chin. Rapid changes in weight gain or weight loss can also cause baggy skin under the chin.

Cleansing Your Body; What You Can Do To Regain Youthful Health Again

February 24, 2009 by
Filed under Colon Health & Detox

Cleansing your body is an important step towards having a healthy and vibrant lifestyle. When it comes to cleansing your body we have the resources, products and recommendations to make this a reality for you. If you are already contemplating doing some type of cleanse, whether a colon cleanse, chelation therapy or even doing a fast, the best thing you can do is to just do it and see what positive changes may come. Most people get caught up in ‘paralysis by analysis’, and when it comes to cleansing your body, this is no different.

By all means doing your due diligence and research is key, which is why you are here. So hopefully you will commit to doing something today, not tomorrow or next week that will put you in a positive direction toward feeling better and being healthier. As the saying goes, if you do not have your health then what do you have rings true to those who are struggling with health issues at the present moment.

Cleansing your body is nothing new, although it seems to be the way we are hearing it more and more in the media these days. Many ancient cultures had their own specific methods to cleanse their bodies… from Native American sweat lodges to ayurvedic medical herbs taken in India, to ancient Taoist traditions of fasting, natural herbs and chi kung. But we now in our modern day want something that is as painless and practical as possible that can change our health for the better as quickly as possible.

It is amazing how most people now at days shower, wash their hands and brush their teeth everyday religiously, but never take the time to cleanse their insides. A great place to start cleansing your body would be with your intestines and colon. Doing a colon cleanse is without a doubt something your body will thank you for. It would make sense whether or not you are having problems with constipation or not. Freeing your colon and intestines of hardened and impacted fecal matter will affect great changes in you very quickly, within just a few weeks.

One important point to take note of as you begin cleansing your body is understanding that although there are some great methods and products available to help you achieve your health and healing goals, you will need to take action and stick with whatever avenue you choose to take to the very end. This will require some discipline on your part, but if you have it you will reap the benefits.

In researching and applying this path of internal body cleansing for ourselves over the years, there have been some you could say ‘miraculous’ cures to some health problems that many modern doctors claim there is no cure for. The human body is very capable of healing itself if we just give it the chance and means to. If you apply some simple steps and recommendations within this site to cleansing your body, the only limits to attaining vibrant health are those you place upon yourself.

One other important thing to keep in mind as you begin cleansing your body is to understand that in most cases it will get worse before it gets better. This is simply because your body is ridding itself of the very things that are making you ill and they are coming to the surface. Like cleaning your home, you didn’t realize what was under your stove until you began cleaning it. So don’t worry, this is a good sign believe it or not and you will know that you are on the right path to a healthier and more vibrant you.
